At mzplay, your loyalty is rewarded with more than just words. Our VIP programme is designed to deliver a richer, more rewarding and more exclusive gaming experience to qualifying players — from Bronze all the way to Diamond.
The mzplay VIP program is more than just a regular points system. It's a genuine recognition of players who have made mzplay their platform of choice. Every time you play — whether it's slots, fish shooting, or live casino — your activity is tracked and brings you closer to the next VIP level.
What sets the mzplay VIP program apart from other platforms is the quality of benefits offered, not just the quantity. Higher weekly cashback, exclusive deposit bonuses, more flexible withdrawal limits, and a dedicated personal account manager — these are not empty promises; they are all yours to enjoy once you reach the qualifying VIP tier.
We also understand that every player is different. That's why the mzplay VIP programme is built with flexibility — you can move up tiers through your regular daily play without needing to wager unreasonable amounts. Every Ringgit you spend at mzplay brings you one step closer to the Diamond crown.
And when you reach the highest VIP tier at mzplay, your gaming experience will truly transform. It's not just the added cash benefits — the treatment, priority and recognition you receive will make you feel like a distinguished guest every time you log in.
Mzplay VIP privileges await Malaysia's loyal players
Your VIP level is calculated based on your total wagering within the current period. The more active you are on mzplay, the faster you level up and the greater the rewards you receive every week.
Each level unlocks more exclusive benefits. See what awaits you when you advance to the next tier.
As a mzplay VIP member, your weekly cashback is significantly higher than that of regular members. Starting at 3% for Bronze and rising up to 30% for Diamond — funds are returned directly to your account every week, with no request needed.
Mzplay VIP players enjoy priority in the withdrawal queue. The higher your VIP level, the faster your winnings are processed and credited to your Malaysian bank account — no long waits required.
From Gold tier onwards, you get a personal account manager who understands your gaming preferences. They're ready to assist with any enquiry, manage your personalised bonuses and ensure your experience at mzplay is always seamless.
More generous deposit bonuses, special free spins, and personalised birthday gifts — all exclusively for mzplay VIP members. These bonuses are unavailable to regular members and are designed specifically to celebrate your loyalty.
Mzplay Gold VIP members and above gain access to exclusive VIP Live Casino tables with higher betting limits, selected dealers and a more personalised atmosphere. A premium casino experience not everyone gets to enjoy.
Mzplay VIP accounts are protected with additional layers of security. Stronger data encryption, two-factor authentication and dedicated account monitoring ensure your account and winnings remain safe at all times.
